Accommodation

The convention manager of VisitHerning/OrgaNicer successfully has secured special rates on hotels and hostels for participants attending EUICC 2024. The available accommodations will cater to various budgets and offer good quality services. Moreover, they are conveniently located in the heart of Herning, ensuring proximity to the tournament venue. With approximately 1600 hotel rooms available in Herning, VisitHerning has negotiated discounted rates with the following accommodation options:

1. Danhostel Herning:
   This modern hostel is within walking distance of the venue and provides rooms with 2, 4, 5, and 6 beds at prices ranging from €90 to €160 per night. Please note that linen and breakfast buffet are not included but can be obtained for an additional cost.

2. Østergaards Hotel:
   Located 1500 m from the city centre, this budget hotel offers single rooms at €100 and double rooms at €113 per night, including breakfast.

3. Hotel Lynggaarden:
   Another budget hotel with a southern location, Hotel Lynggaarden provides single rooms at €83 and double rooms at €97 per night, including breakfast. An extra bed can be added for an additional €28 per night. The hotel is situated 4km south of the city center and 6km from the venue. The shuttle will pick up at this hotel.

4. Hotel DGI Huset Herning:
   This sports hotel, situated in the city centre, features gym and pool facilities. It offers both single and double rooms at €140-153 per night, including breakfast. An extra bed can be added for an additional €14 per night.

During the events, shuttle buses will be available daily to transport participants between Herning city centre and Sportscenter Herning.
